Kenneth R. Harrison is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across federal, state, and private sectors.

As President of Whirlwind, he leads the company’s strategic vision, operational growth, and client delivery across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and cloud transformation services. Kenneth is a veteran and the founder of ESTC Solutions, and has held senior leadership roles including Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Inspector General.

He brings deep expertise in Zero Trust architecture, AI strategy, risk management, and secure infrastructure modernization.
